Sales Training Deck

I was tapped to write a 35-page training deck for the sales team well in advance of the launch of one of LG’s most sophisticated, most anticipated smartphones, the G8. The biggest challenge here was that the phone itself was a "moving target," with the feature set evolving day-by-day, as happens with cutting-edge technology. As a result, the copy had to be not only understandable but accurate, in the campaign voice, legally approved and useful specifically to the retail sales partners.
